Do I need experience to get started?
Not at all. Most people we work with are starting from zero. You don't need to know everything, you just need to be ready to learn and take action. We'll handle the rest.
Do I need money and good credit to invest in real estate?
You do need some capital and financial responsibility, but you don't always have to use your own money. We teach you how to leverage your current position, build relationships with lenders, and structure deals the right way so you're always moving with a plan.
I have a full-time job. Can I still do this?
Yes, and honestly most of our clients are working 9 to 5 while building this on the side. You don't need hours of free time every day. You just need the right strategy and a focused plan that fits your schedule.
How long does it take to close my first deal?
It really depends on your consistency and effort. Some people move fast, others take more time. What we know for sure is that the sooner you start, the sooner you see results.
What kind of real estate strategies do you teach?
We cover fix and flip, rental properties, MLS deals, and off-market strategies. But more than anything, we teach you how to analyze a deal so you can make smart decisions no matter what strategy you're using.
Do you only work with people in the DMV area?
We're rooted in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia, but we've worked with people in other markets too. The skills we teach apply anywhere once you understand how to analyze and execute in your specific market.
Will you fund my deals or let me use your credit?
No, and we want to be upfront about that. What we do instead is teach you how to build your own business structure, strengthen your financial profile, and connect with real funding sources so you can close deals on your own confidently.
